Construction supervision

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, organize and execute project execution.
• Liaise with the Investor/Consultant and related units to effectively conduct the construction/M&E of the project.
• Monitor and control work according to the quality management system and identify risks in construction.
• Guide the Contractor, Construction Team, and Subcontractors to carry out the work according to the correct technical requirements and drawings.
• In charge of construction implementation, construction management and construction supervision of assigned items/area.
• Ensure that the area/item in charge of construction complies with design drawings, regulations and standards.
• Control to ensure safety and quality of works.
• Comply with company ISO procedures.
• Provide detailed table of specific volumes of work performed to submit to the Chief of Staff.
• Fulfill management requests.

BASIC REQUIREMENT

• Male, Graduated from a regular university or higher, majoring in Civil Engineering and Construction.
• Good management and organization skills.
• Good use of specialized computer software, office informatics.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to travel far.
